السياسة دي بتوضح stafno.store ("STAFNO Store" أو "إحنا") بيجمع إيه لما تشتري، وليه، ومين يقدر يشوفه.

بنجمع إيه

لما تعمل طلب:

• اسمك وإيميلك
• اسم حسابك في اللعبة اللي هنسلّم عليه
• ديسكورد وملاحظاتك لو كتبتهم
• رقم المحفظة اللي بتدفع منها لو دفعت بفودافون كاش
• في إنستاباي: رقم العملية واسم المحوّل اللي بتكتبهم
• تفاصيل الطلب: اشتريت إيه، المبلغ، طريقة الدفع، وحالة الطلب

لو عملت حساب، بنحفظ كمان اسمك وإيميلك وأي بيانات بتحفظها (حساب اللعبة، ديسكورد، رقم الموبايل) وسجل طلباتك. الباسورد بيتحفظ متشفّر عند مزود تسجيل الدخول (Supabase)، ومحدش عندنا يقدر يشوفه.

عمرنا ما بنشوف أو بنحفظ أرقام الكروت أو باسوردات PayPal أو Binance أو أرقام PIN بتاعة المحافظ. الدفع بيتم على صفحات PayPal أو Binance أو Paymob نفسها، وإحنا بيوصلنا بس حالة الدفع ورقم العملية.

بنستخدمها في إيه

• نأكد الدفع ونجهّز طلبك
• البايع يسلّم على حسابك ويقدر يتواصل معاك لو احتاج
• نتعامل مع الاسترجاع والنزاعات وطلبات الدعم
• نحتفظ بسجل المبيعات للحسابات

مش بنبيع بياناتك ولا بنستخدمها في إعلانات.

مين يقدر يشوفها

• البايع بتاع طلبك بيشوف بياناتك وطلبك، وباقي البايعين في التيم مش بيشوفوها.
• صاحب المتجر بيشوف كل الطلبات.
• مزودي الخدمة اللي بيشغّلوا البيانات بالنيابة عننا: Supabase (قاعدة البيانات)، وPayPal وBinance Pay وPaymob (الدفع). كل واحد منهم ليه سياسة خصوصية خاصة بالبيانات اللي بتديهاله مباشرة.

المتصفح بتاعك

المتجر مش بيستخدم كوكيز تتبّع أو إعلانات. المتصفح بيحفظ اختيارك للغة والوضع الفاتح/الغامق، ولينكات الطلبات اللي عملتها من غير حساب عشان تلاقيها في "طلباتك". لو سجّلت دخول، المتصفح بيحفظ جلسة عشان تفضل داخل. البيانات دي بتفضل على جهازك وتقدر تمسحها في أي وقت.

بنحتفظ بيها قد إيه

سجلات الطلبات بنحتفظ بيها طول ما هي محتاجة للحسابات والاسترجاع والنزاعات، ولحد ٥ سنين. الحسابات بتفضل لحد ما تطلب مسحها، وتقدر تطلب مسح حسابك أو بياناتك في أي وقت.

حقوقك

تقدر تطلب تشوف أو تعدّل أو تمسح بياناتك اللي عندنا. ابعت إيميل لـ support@stafno.store من نفس الإيميل اللي طلبت بيه، وهنرد في خلال ٣٠ يوم.

الأمان

البيانات بتتبعت عن طريق HTTPS، والوصول ليها محدود حسب نوع الحساب، فكل بايع بيشوف طلباته بس. تأكيد الدفع بيتم مباشرة مع مزود الدفع. مفيش نظام آمن ١٠٠٪، بس بناخد خطوات معقولة عشان نحمي بياناتك.

ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي، والتاريخ اللي فوق بيوضح آخر نسخة.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what stafno.store ("STAFNO Store", "we", "us") collects when you buy something, why, and who can see it.

What we collect

When you place an order:

• Your name and email address
• The game account name we deliver to
• Your Discord and notes, if you add them
• The wallet phone number you pay from, if you use Vodafone Cash
• For InstaPay, the transfer reference and sender name you submit
• Order details: what you bought, the amount, the payment method and the order status

If you create an account, we also store your name, email and any details you save (game account, Discord, phone), plus your order history. Passwords are stored securely hashed by our authentication provider (Supabase). Nobody at STAFNO Store can see your password.

We never see or store card numbers, PayPal or Binance passwords, or wallet PINs. Payments are entered directly on PayPal's, Binance's or Paymob's own pages. From them we only receive the payment status and a transaction reference.

How we use it

• To confirm your payment and process your order
• So the seller can deliver to your account and contact you if needed
• To handle refunds, disputes and support requests
• To keep sales records for accounting

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• The seller of your order sees your details and order. Other sellers on the team don't.
• The store owner sees all orders.
• Service providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), PayPal, Binance Pay and Paymob (payments). Each has its own privacy policy for the data you give them directly.

Your browser

The store doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores your language and light/dark choice and, for guest checkouts, links to orders you placed so you can find them under "Your orders". If you sign in, your browser stores a session so you stay signed in. This data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, refunds and disputes, and up to 5 years. Accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your account or details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@stafno.store from the address you ordered with, and we'll reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Access is restricted by account role, so sellers only see their own orders. Payment confirmations are verified directly with the payment provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
